If you are under 18 you will need your parent’s permission and you will need a chaperone for the shoot.

Print Prices

Who can enter?

• The model must live in the UK or Eire.
• Age - The model should be the correct age for the category they are entering on the day of the photo shoot

Other rules:

• The photographs will be taken by a member of Photographers-United
• Each model can only enter one category and only enter once in any year.
• Photographers United and Models United reserve the right to publish any images for promotional use  for the competitions without credit or payment.
• The copyright of the image remains with the photographer.
• Judging - A panel of independent judges will be judging the images on the following criteria:
  
  Technical quality
  Creativity
  Connection with the model (Does the model look relaxed and happy).
  The photographers report on the shoot. This information may be used in the models directory listing

What do you get?

• Photo shoot
• Entry - Two  pictures entered into the competition. One head shot plus one other of your choice
• Prints -  Prints of your choice to the value of £47 / Euro 55
• Model Directory - A listing in the www.models-united.com  on-line model directory until end of February 2010
• Year Book Entry -  Your picture will be published in the Photographers United annual yearbook.

Seasonal Rounds

The winner of each seasonal round will win a 10x8 print.
Judging takes place on the following dates

Spring 1st May 09
Summer 1st August  09
Autumn 1st October 09

Each of the season winners go through to the grand final in November when the overall winners in each age category will be selected.
